More than a place to exercise, Pilates Training Place (PTP) is a living, breathing community where practitioners come to teach, collaborate, and share their craft. From practicing Pilates to hosting workshops, we're proud to be a space where professionals and enthusiasts alike can thrive together.
Meet the Founder
An accredited instructor with the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA)/National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP) and a member of the Pilates Institute of America (PIA), Serene has been teaching Pilates for the past 19 years and was trained under the late Pilates Master Teacher, Alvin Giam. With plenty of experiences in rehabilitation Pilates, she is also a certified Rehab Trainer and specialises in rehabilitation and release work.
Serene seeks to impart the knowledge of strength, flexibility, and mobility to all whom she teaches through Pilates Training Place, her first self-run Pilates Studio, helping others from all ages enjoy a better quality of life.
